9ft antique snooker dining table Riley mahogany *SOLD*

A 9ft antique snooker dining table by Riley in mahogany. This is a very rare, 9ft Riley snooker diner, C1920.  In mahogany, with square, turned and fluted legs and a 9ft playing size.

The table was restored by  Hamilton Billiards around 30 years ago, at which point they made up a new 1 inch thick, six-piece mahogany table top, and fitted a new replacement  rise and fall mechanism.

The table will be offered for sale with the following restoration included:

Sympathetically stripping  off the old polish and traditionally French polishing the woodwork.

Re- rubbering and covering the cushions, and fitting a new bed cloth.

Antiquing and fitting new pocket leathers.
